Janelle Baglien
Janelle Baglien is a multidisciplinary artist and art consultant with more than 20 years of experience curating and creating artworks for private, corporate, and public clients. Based on the Oregon Coast, she works in acrylics, watercolor, mixed media, and large-scale sculpture, specializing in art-in-architecture projects and site-specific installations. Her paintings often draw inspiration from the sky, sea, and dunes of the coast, while her sculptural and architectural works bring art into dialogue with built environments.
As both a practicing artist and a consultant, Baglien has collaborated with healthcare systems, corporate developers, and private collectors to curate collections that reflect each client’s vision and values. Her projects range from impressionistic seascapes designed to bring calm and restoration into healthcare spaces, to architectural installations that transform public areas into vibrant, art-filled environments. Her work is held in the permanent collections of Fortune 1000 companies, including Kaiser Permanente and Providence Healthcare, as well as hundreds of private collections worldwide.
With a career that bridges fine art, consulting, and large-scale public projects, Baglien is uniquely positioned to create art that is both deeply personal and widely accessible – offering beauty, meaning, and connection to audiences across settings.
