Path to the Shore

As a freelance photographer, Florence Delva works in both the fine and commercial arts. Born in France in 1964, where she studied photography and got a master’s degree in communication arts and medias, she also worked in Paris for more than 15 years as an art director and photo producer, as well as a photographer. Currently working and living in Los Angeles, she’s fulfilling her dream of living a creative life, and doing what she loves most. She can spend hours exploring and searching with light, texture, shapes, and colors to reveal the magic hidden behind the most simple things allowing imagination and fantasy to do the rest. She has a predilection for abstraction with an organic touch, using water, botanical elements, paper to create some kind of micro landscapes, Florence Delva captures more than a still life but evokes an enigmatic emotion between dream and reality, abstraction and representation.
